Weekly Announcements 5/1

Good evening Viking! This is Mr. Lewis with your weekly announcements

The Parent Network will be hosting a luncheon for our staff during teachers appreciation week (May 2-6). We’d also like to give our teachers gift cards at this luncheon. If you’d like to donate gift cards or give a monetary donation, you or your student can drop them off to Mrs. Edwards in the main office.

Pathways students, we know that the year is winding down and your credits are on the line. Your attendance is critical to your success. You need to be in school every hour for the rest of the year. We are imploring you to be in school. Make your way to class and be here on time.

Our Viking Cafe is now providing subs for students and staff. Students can order their free sub the night before, to receive them the next day. Order your sub tonight!

If you missed the meeting about Jackson County Early College and the benefits it offers to your 8th, 9th, or 10th grade student, please contact Jean Logan, JCEC administrator, at info@jxncec.org or at 517.581.2003 to learn more!

Congratulations to the Jackson High School Theater Department that presented, Wizard of Oz this weekend! Our students did a wonderful job!
